Start with one room. Replace the Green Room’s name, facts and image on Home, Rooms and /rooms/green-room. These are native page layers, not a shared CMS. Match the Green €/night controls on the Home HotelLift and Plan your stay StayPlanner components to your real rate.
On Plan your stay, select Local demonstration (StayPlanner) and set Booking URL to your own HTTPS booking page. Guests can then open that provider to check actual dates and prices; planner selections are not forwarded. Replace the fictional house, policies and contact details, preview room links on a phone, then publish your copy. The local planner does not reserve or charge.
Before launching your hotel, remove the Home layer Buyer path — ROOM SERVICE and template-only footer links. Keep the owner manual during setup. Adapt the fixed three-room demonstration to your property before sharing.

Start with the native layers
Every heading, paragraph, room fact, navigation link and page layout is an editable Framer layer. Shared ROOM SERVICE text and colour styles live in Assets. Desktop, Tablet and Phone are authored separately.

Replace the fictional house
Replace room illustrations through the native image fills. Preserve their aspect ratios. Update room names, beds, capacities, sample prices and every practical policy before using the design for a real hotel.

The HotelLift component
HotelLift is a focused interaction: four floor selections, keyboard navigation, a cabin transition and a matching information panel. Page titles and the room register remain native layers. Replace its image controls and room destinations when adapting the house.

The StayPlanner component
The planner is a local demonstration. It validates calendar dates, capacities and a 30-night maximum; no reservation or payment is sent. Set up a real booking provider before advertising real availability.

Original artwork and attribution
Campaign scenes and four residents were created for ROOM SERVICE. The template includes raster illustrations, not editable 3D models. Keep your Framer licence and any separate artwork package licence with the project.

Publishing checklist
Check all native navigation and booking destinations, confirm actual room facts, add verified access and cancellation information, replace the sample policies and test all three breakpoints.
