About this site
Is ROOM SERVICE a real hotel?
No. It is an original fictional hotel and a website template by KamnevApps. The miniature rooms, characters, facilities, prices and policies are created to demonstrate the design. There is no real address, staffed reception or bookable accommodation behind this site.
Can I make a reservation here?
You can try the stay planner, choose dates and a room, and review a sample summary. It does not check availability, reserve a room, take payment or send anything to a hotel. Nothing is booked when you finish.
Why show sample prices?
They make the room comparison and stay calculation useful to explore. The fixed example rates are €160 for the Green Room, €185 for the Twin Room and €240 for the Attic Suite per night. They are not real offers and do not include a live calculation of taxes or fees.
In the imagined house
The following are sample policies for this fictional hotel. A real operator must replace them with their own confirmed information.
When would check-in and check-out be?
The sample house policy is arrival from 15:00 and departure by 11:00. Late arrivals and extra time would need to be arranged with a real property; this demonstration has no reception to contact.
How many people fit in each room?
The Green Room has one queen bed for up to two guests. The Twin Room has two single beds for up to two guests. The Attic Suite has a king bed and a separate daybed for up to three. The planner uses these sample capacities.
What happens downstairs?
The imagined lounge and library are for quiet shared use. The night kitchen is designed for tea and a simple snack. The scenes do not promise a real breakfast service, restaurant, dietary provision or opening schedule.
What should I know about access?
The lift is an interactive navigation feature in a miniature building. It is not evidence of a real accessible route or room. A real hotel should publish verified information about step-free access, door widths, bathrooms, lift dimensions and assistance before using this template.
Can I bring a pet?
No real pet policy applies to this fictional house. A hotel using the template should state its own confirmed policy, any charges and any room restrictions. Dot is a suitcase, so she does not count as a precedent.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no reservation to cancel in this demonstration. A real operator should present the applicable rate conditions and cancellation terms before a guest commits to a booking.
Using the template
Can this design be used for a real place to stay?
Yes: replace the fictional content with accurate property information, suitable imagery and confirmed policies, then connect a booking service you operate. Keep the room facts clear and make sure every booking button reaches a working destination.
